Handmade Products

All products are handmade using genuine leather and crafted individually for each order. Because leather is a natural material, each item will have unique characteristics such as grain patterns, natural marks, and slight color variations. These features are normal and add to the authenticity of real leather goods.

Due to the handmade nature of our work, each item may vary slightly from photos or examples.

Production Time

All items are made to order.

Our production time is typically at least 1 week, depending on the item ordered. After your order is placed, we will reach out to confirm the estimated production time for your specific item.

If you need something sooner or are unsure whether your timeline can be accommodated, please email us with any questions before placing your order.

Production time begins once payment has been received and order details are confirmed.

Shipping time is separate from production time.

Handmade Production Process

Each item goes through several steps to ensure quality and durability:

Leather Selection
A suitable section of leather is selected based on thickness, grain, and strength.

Pattern Layout & Cutting
Patterns are laid out carefully and the leather is hand cut. Once leather has been cut, it cannot be reused.

Tooling & Design Work
If the item includes carving, stamping, or tooling, the design is applied by hand.

Dyeing & Finishing
Leather may be dyed and sealed to protect the material and enhance appearance. Finishes require time to properly dry and cure.

Assembly & Stitching
The item is assembled and stitched for strength and long-term durability.

Final Inspection
Every item is inspected before shipping to ensure quality.

Taking the time to complete these steps properly ensures your leather product is built to last.

Payment

Payment must be made in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon.

Orders will not be started until payment and order details are confirmed.

Custom Orders & Design Responsibility

Custom items are made according to the specifications provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before placing their order.

This includes:

  • Size and measurements

  • Tooling or design details

  • Leather color or dye

  • Thread color

  • Personalization or engraving

Once production has begun, changes may not be possible.

Measurements & Fit

For items that require sizing or measurements (such as belts, holsters, sheaths, straps, or other fitted items), clear measuring instructions will be provided.

Customers are responsible for following these instructions and submitting accurate measurements.

We are not responsible for items that do not fit due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

After production begins, changes or cancellations cannot be accepted because materials will have already been cut and used.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Because all items are custom handmade products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Once leather has been cut, tooled, dyed, or assembled, the materials cannot be reused. For this reason, customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before placing an order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Photos of the item and packaging may be required so the issue can be reviewed.

Shipping

Orders are shipped once production is complete.

Shipping times vary depending on location and shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, lost packages, weather conditions, or customs processing for international orders.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address when placing an order.

Leather Care Instructions

Proper care will help your leather product last for many years.

General Care

  • Keep leather clean and dry

  • Avoid prolonged exposure to water

  • Avoid extreme heat or direct sunlight

  • Store in a cool, dry place

Cleaning

  • Wipe with a soft dry cloth

  • If necessary, use a slightly damp cloth

  • Allow leather to air dry naturally

  • Do not use harsh chemicals or household cleaners

Conditioning

Occasionally apply a quality leather conditioner using a soft cloth to maintain flexibility and prevent drying.

If Leather Gets Wet

  1. Gently blot moisture with a dry cloth

  2. Allow the item to air dry naturally

  3. Do not use heat sources such as hair dryers or heaters

With proper care, quality leather goods can last for many years or even decades.
